Taylor's 8 Months Old

Taylor turned 8 months old November 18th. She's getting so big and fun! We were in Orange for Thanksgiving and she stayed with Matt's Aunt Robin one afternoon. These are a few pictures from her visit. Hope you enjoy!!

Taylor at the Frio

We went to the Frio River in Leakey with the Sanders' Family last weekend, like we do every year to celebrate my mom's birthday. This picture shows Taylor's first time ever in the Frio River. She kicked her feet a little bit in the water, but we pulled them out because it was cold. Otherwise, she seemed to like it!

Here we rigged a baby pool with her baby float so she wasn't in the water, but could be with us.

My mom got Taylor and Lena matching outfits for the whole weekend. From PJ's....

We set up a canopy for the girls to sleep under in the afternoon. It worked out perfectly...especially when it started raining! That was a crazy experience. We haven't seen rain in months, and it rained everyday on our vacation.

Taylor's Baptism

Eat 'em up Cats...

Taylor's Baptism was on Father's Day, June 21. This is the same dress that Grace and Jenna wore for their Christening, so that was pretty special. She wore it at Mass before the Baptism.

Then we put her in the dress I was Baptized in, that was made by my great-grandmother, for the actual ceremony. The god parents were my sister, Amanda and Matt's brother, Aaron.


The Baptism was a beautiful ceremony...it sure got Jenna's attention ;)

Honey and Jumps watched Taylor while we were in Arizona at a Life Teen Conference. Needless to say, Taylor was very spoiled that week...but didn't seem to miss us. Except she decided she didn't want to sleep throughout the night, she wanted to hang out with Mommy the first night we got back. Gotta love it!

Tyler's Graduation and more...

Taylor and I went to Boerne for my cousin Tyler's graduation. She slept through the entire ceremony...Air horns, yelling and everything! She's kind of a heavy sleeper...to say the least. We had a great time with the family.

This if after graduation at the Graduation party the next day. She looked so cute in her little outfit ;) Just chillin with Paw Paw...she usually just hangs out wherever she's at.

Taylor was happy this morning and having a great day...so I decided to take a picture of that cute smile!

Daddy Got To Dress The Angel

This Morning Daddy Got to dress His Angel. So of course he went with the greatest University on earth SHSU BABY!!! And as you can see from the pic Taylor likes being a BEARKAT!!! Tell me that aint her Daddy's Baby. Then we played a little bit and tried to get creative. Enjoy.

Taylor's Two Months Old!

Taylor got this cute little outfit from our friends Jeremiah and Brandi Mills. You can't see it in these pictures, but on the butt it says "Lil Huck" in pink writing...so cute. She got her two month pictures taken today in Landa Park and this was the last outfit we had her in. I can't wait to get those pictures back so we can show everyone. She did such a great job and is getting prettier and prettier everyday. She's starting to fill out a little bit more and her personality is really starting to show. It's amazing how someone so young can have such personality!! Hope you enjoy the pics of our darling little girl!

On Mother's Day Weekend we traveled to Corpus Christi for Taylor to meet more family. She traveled very well, better than we expected and sure was a hit!!

The next weekend we traveled to Orange for Taylor to meet the other side of the family. I was a little nervous of how she was going to handle that long of a road trip, but she slept most of the way and did really good! We stopped in Katy, at Bass Pro Shops of course, to change her diaper and feed her and then got right back on the road. She didn't sleep well that night, but the trip was pleasant. While in Orange she met her other two Great Grandmothers...MeMaw and Dan Dan. They were so excited to meet their newest granddaughter! I think MeMaw came over at least 3 times just to hold her! We really enjoyed our trip ;)

Taylor almost at 8 weeks old on Mother's Day...my first ;) We went to Corpus to be with my family and celebrate Mother's day. She was introduced to LOTS of new family and was so cute and content just hanging out letting everyone look at her. She's such a wonderful baby!

Taylor's first time in Camo. Can you guess who dressed her? Matt got up to feed and change her first thing that morning so that I could get some sleep...and this is what happened to her! I must say...she looks cute, but that's what happens when I let Daddy dress her! She's gone up in clothes and in diaper size..so our little girl is a growing ;) Her face is filling out and she's got her Daddy's dimples. Her eyes are a bright blue and she's really alert when she's awake. I'm loving every minute of it! She's been coming to work with me and that's been going really well. Again, she's such a wonderful baby...truly a blessing and miracle!

Taylor Meets Cousin Grace

Matt's brother Aaron, his wife Lisa and their daughter Grace came to visit and help me out with Taylor. Grace just loved holding Taylor and giving her kisses. She thought she was so beautiful...they were so cute together!!
